1. Billing
NEXT PLAY Member is billed at $24.99 per month or $149 per year, in U.S. dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. NEXT PLAY never stores your full card number.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from Profile → Billing & Membership, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can also update your payment method and download invoices.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep full Member access until then, and you won’t be charged again. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
4. Refunds
Because you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal after you canceled — contact us and we’ll review it promptly.
5. The Free plan stays free
The Free plan — including your account, the Transition Assessment, your basic results and Week 1 of the program — remains available after cancellation. Your saved work stays in your account unless you delete it from Profile → Account Settings.
6. University access
If you receive access through your university, you are not billed by NEXT PLAY. Access terms for those arrangements are set by the agreement between NEXT PLAY and your university.
