Our commitment
NEXT PLAY is working to make its website and web app accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not yet completed an independent audit, and we do not claim that every part of the Service currently meets that standard.
What we’re doing
- using semantic HTML, labeled form fields and descriptive link text;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states;
- aiming for sufficient color contrast across our navy and lime design system;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
- designing layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops and with browser zoom;
- reviewing accessibility as we build and update features.
Known limitations
Some content — such as program videos or third-party resources — may not yet have captions, transcripts or full accessibility support. We are working to improve these areas.

Let us know the page or feature, what happened, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using. We’ll do our best to respond and, where we can, provide the information or feature you need in another way.
