Is NEXT PLAY really free to start?
Yes. The free plan includes your account, the NEXT PLAY Transition Assessment, your basic results, Week 1 of the program and a selection of resources. No credit card required.
What does NEXT PLAY Member include?
Member unlocks all six weeks of the program, your 12-month roadmap, goals and progress tracking, career exploration, mentor requests and the community. It’s $24.99/month or $149/year, billed securely through Stripe.
My university offers NEXT PLAY. Do I need to pay?
No. If your athletic department has an institutional NEXT PLAY contract, enter the University Access Code they give you in the “Have access through your university?” section. Your Member access is covered — no credit card and no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from Profile → Billing & Membership. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period (monthly or annual). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Is NEXT PLAY a mental-health service?
No. NEXT PLAY is a coaching and career-transition platform. It is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. Our resources page lists campus, professional and crisis support.
Is the assessment a psychological test?
No. It’s a coaching and self-reflection tool to help you identify themes and starting points. It isn’t a clinical or psychological diagnosis and isn’t scientifically validated.
